BlackHorse is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVSOB) and American Indian Disabled Small/Minority Business Enterprise construction firm located in Brookfield, CT, specializing in the delivery of Renovations, General Contracting, Construction Management, Maintenance and Design-Build services for commercial and government clientele.
